Position Overview

• Title: Lead Toddler Teacher
• Type: Full-Time
• Pay Range: $18.50 – $21.50 per hour (commensurate with experience & education)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Openings: 2 positions

Your Day-to-Day Impact

As our Lead Toddler Teacher, you’ll be a guiding light in the classroom, helping children explore their world with confidence and joy.

You’ll:

• Design creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and exploration.
• Foster a welcoming classroom where children feel safe, respected, and valued.
• Encourage independence and teach essential social and emotional skills.
• Partner with co-teachers to create an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate openly with families to share progress, milestones, and joy-filled moments.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Education: Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (minimum 12 ECE credits required).
• Certifications: CDA preferred or willingness to earn certification upon hire.
• Experience: Background in toddler care, classroom leadership, and positive behavior guidance.
• Heart: A passion for helping children learn through play, exploration, and discovery.
