Lead Toddler Teacher

Requirements:

• Willingness to complete all state-required background clearances
• Experience and/or educational qualifications in early childhood education
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to adapt to program needs
• Professional communication skills when working with parents, staff, and management
• Strong teamwork and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a positive, nurturing, and safe classroom environment
• Plan and prepare engaging weekly and monthly lesson activities
• Keep classrooms clean, organized, and welcoming
• Maintain all required classroom documentation and records
• Assist with center opening or closing duties as needed
• Participate in professional development trainings and staff meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support center operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
