Lead Toddler Teacher

Positions open: LEAD TEACHER

Job Responsibilities:

● Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
● Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
● Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
● Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
● Create educational lesson plans.
● Experience and a love of working with children and their families.

Job Requirements:

● Must be at least 18 years of age.
● High School diploma or equivalent.
● Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA preferred

BUT

MUST meet DCFS teacher requirement of 30 college credits with 6 in Early Childhood Education and 1 year of experience, or 60 college credits with 6 in Early Childhood Education and no experience, or CDA.
