We’re hiring 2* Lead Toddler Teachers* to guide our little learners (ages 12 mo – 3 yrs) as they take their first steps in discovery, independence, and faith.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide and nurture toddlers using the HighScope curriculum and Christian values.
• Plan fun, hands-on lessons that spark imagination and growth.
• Build trusting, encouraging relationships with families.
• Prioritize safety, cleanliness, and state licensing standards.
• Lead classroom staff with positivity and teamwork.
• Share love, patience, and Christ-like care through every diaper change, activity, and milestone.

What You Need:

• Availability Monday–Friday between 7AM–6PM
• CDA or Associate’s in ECE/related field
• Age 19+ with ability to pass Michigan/DHS background check
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• A heart for ministry through early childhood education
