Lead Toddler Teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher for our Little Toddlers classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a deep commitment to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

● Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

● Establish a warm, welcoming, and structured classroom environment.

● Promote early childhood development through play, music, storytelling, and sensory activities.

● Monitor and assess each child's growth and developmental milestones.

● Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs.

● Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom setting.

● Assist with meals, diapering, potty training, and hygiene routines.

● Maintain compliance with safety, health, and licensing regulations.

● Foster positive social skills, including sharing, empathy.

● Tracking and informing parents of students' progress.

● Attending parent and staff meetings.

The ideal candidate for the Toddler Teacher will have:

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● 3 years experience working with young children in a Toddler or childcare setting.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.

● Knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education.

● Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.

● Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● A passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
