Lead Toddler Teacher

Toddler Teacher (Ages 1–2)

We are seeking a warm, dependable, and motivated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with toddlers and understands the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and implementing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
• Supporting toddlers’ social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Following all NC childcare licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Communicating effectively with families and team members
• Assisting with daily routines such as meals, diapering, and transitions

Qualifications:

• Experience working with toddlers (ages 1–2) preferred
• NC early childhood education credentials or willingness to obtain
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
