Lead Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Lead Toddler Teacher to guide children ages 18 months to 3 years in an authentic Montessori environment inspired by the principles of Maria Montessori. The ideal candidate is nurturing, organized, and committed to supporting each child’s independence and natural development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a developmentally appropriate Montessori toddler classroom
• Provide consistent, respectful guidance to young children
• Observe, assess, and document student progress
• Communicate effectively with families
• Lead and mentor classroom assistants
• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
