Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in toddlers.
• Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and caregivers, providing guidance on best practices in childcare and classroom management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones.
• Implement behavior management strategies that support positive social interactions and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards, health protocols, and documentation requirements related to early childhood education.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles specific to toddlers.
• Proven experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings, including classroom experience with toddlers.
• Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and nurturing environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of early childhood educators effectively.
• Certification in first aid and CPR; experience with special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Familiarity with early childhood education curricula, infant care techniques, and behavior management strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members professionally.
