Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver engaging daily lesson plans.
• Lead creative activities, games, and outdoor play.
• Track and report children’s progress and milestones.
• Partner with parents through open, positive communication.
• Support children’s basic needs (feeding, dressing, hygiene).
• Promote literacy, early education, and healthy routines.
• Supervise, comfort, and encourage children in a safe environment.
• Organize field trips, class projects, and cultural learning activities.
• Maintain accurate records and organized classrooms.

Qualifications:

• Child Development Associate (CDA) or a degree in a related field preferred, but you can also be working toward your degree or CDA.
• Prior early teaching experience is a plus, but not required, we’ll train the right candidate!
