Lead Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a caring and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the delivery of our educational and nurturing childcare program. You will assist in creating a safe, inviting, and stimulating environment for children.

Monday through Friday: 8:30-5:30 PM

Full-time, start date is flexible but in the next week or two is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing daily activities that promote children’s developmental growth.
• Supervise children to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Engage in educational and play activities that encourage learning and social interaction.
• Provide routine care, including feeding, changing, and nap times.
• Communicate with parents about their child’s day and progress.

Starting pay is $15/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare or education. REQUIRED
• CDA or higher (or working toward your CDA). PREFERRED
• A positive, patient, and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
