Lead Toddler Teacher

We're hiring a Lead Toddler Teacher for a full-time, in-person Spanish immersion classroom at Rayuela, working Monday–Friday (8AM–6PM) with toddlers ages 1.5–2 at Highland Part, Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate is a native Spanish speaker (bilingual Spanish/English), holds a minimum of 24 ECE core units (including infant/toddler coursework), and has at least 2 years of licensed childcare experience — including 1 year with toddlers and 1 year in a lead role.

You'll design and implement a developmentally appropriate Spanish immersion curriculum, mentor assistant staff, track children's milestones, and serve as the main point of contact for families, all while maintaining compliance with Title 22, Division 12 licensing standards. DOJ and Child Abuse Index clearances, and annual health screenings are required.

An ECE/Child Development degree, Infant/Toddler specialization, and experience with dual-language models are preferred. After a 3-month introductory period, benefits include medical insurance, 40 hours of paid sick leave, and 2 weeks of paid vacation. Pay is commensurate with education and experience.
