Job Title: Lead Toddler Teacher, 2 Year Old Class

We are in urgent need of an experienced Lead Toddler Teacher for our 2 year old classroom. This position is for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys working with young children, and can create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous childcare experience and hold a CDA or an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.

30 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting
CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
Strong communication and classroom management skills

Responsibilities:

Lead the daily routine for the 2 year old classroom
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
Communicate professionally with families and staff
