Lead Toddler Teacher (bilingual)

We are a new, high-quality preschool and daycare center located in the heart of Georgetown, D.C., serving children from infants to age 5. We are passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports every child’s growth — emotionally, socially, and academically.

We’re currently hiring a caring, creative, and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement daily activities based on age-appropriate curriculum
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Observe and assess children’s development and communicate progress with families
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff
• Follow all licensing and health regulations (including diapering, feeding, and napping schedules for infants/toddlers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-6 years working in an early childhood setting
• Must have a Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Must pass all required background checks
• Reliable, positive, and passionate about working with young children
• Spanish, French or Chinese speaking a plus

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
