We are looking for a
Toddler Teacher who is passionate, patient, and ready to guide our little ones through their early adventures. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to build bonds, spark curiosity, and help children grow through play, love, and learning.
✨ What You’ll Do:
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for toddlers 2.5-3 years of age
- Plan and lead fun, engaging activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Guide infants in exploring the world through music, movement, stories, and hands-on play
- Support routines like mealtime, diapering, and nap time with kindness and care
- Foster strong relationships with parents and provide daily updates
- Collaborate with a team that values laughter, creativity, and teamwork
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine love for children and a big heart
- Experience in early childhood setting (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework, Associates degree or higher, comparable work history
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain
- Reliable, energetic, and ready to sing silly songs (again and again)
Qualifications - 18+ Years Old
- Experience in childcare preferred
- Lead: Meet one of the following:
- Hold a bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
- Have a Child Development Associate Credential
- Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
- 3+ years experience in classroom management preferred.
