Lead Toddler/Preschool Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead Toddler/Preschool Teacher to inspire young minds and foster a nurturing learning environment. In this pivotal role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curricula, and support the holistic development of children aged from toddler through preschool age. Responsibilities

• Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum frameworks
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity among children.
• Lead daily classroom activities focusing on literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional development.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques and individualized support for children with special needs or requiring early intervention.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, developmental milestones, and any behavioral or learning concerns.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or classroom aides to ensure high-quality childcare and educational standards are maintained.
• Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools when appropriate to monitor developmental progress and inform instruction.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, including classroom management and lesson planning.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education practices.
• Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum content that promotes literacy education, numeracy skills (including math), and physical activity.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues,

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
