Lead Toddler/Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a long-term Lead Teacher who wants to grow with us, who can confidently run a classroom, guide children with patience and structure, and be an active, reliable part of our team.

This is not a sit-back-and-supervise position. We are hands-on, engaged, and intentional in how we care for and teach our kids.

Responsibilities

• Lead a toddler/preschool classroom (ages 2–5)
• Create and follow a structured daily routine
• Plan and engage children in activities (circle time, art, sensory, etc.)
• Support potty training and independence skills
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom
• Communicate professionally with parents and team members
• Keep children safe while managing behaviors calmly and consistently

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with toddlers and/or preschoolers
• Reliable, patient, and calm under pressure
• Strong classroom management skills
• Enjoys being hands-on and actively involved with kids
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to follow structure while still being warm and engaging
• Interested in a long-term position
