What You’ll Do:

• Create a nurturing, engaging classroom for toddlers (16 months–2 years).
• Support independence, curiosity, and social-emotional development.
• Communicate warmly with families, keeping them involved and connected.
• Collaborate with co-teachers to keep classrooms safe, playful, and inspiring.
• Model consistency, flexibility, and kindness every day.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of early childhood experience (toddler experience strongly preferred).
• Passion for play-based learning and outdoor exploration.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to being full-time.
