Cole Towing & Recovery Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Tow Dispatcher to manage daily dispatch operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working for a towing company, be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling high-pressure situations. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring open availability.

Requirements

• MUST have previous experience working for a towing company
• MUST have hands-on experience using Towbook software
• Strong customer service background
• Open availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays as needed)
• Ability to work full-time from the office (no remote work)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Dispatch tow trucks efficiently using Towbook
• Manage incoming calls from customers, law enforcement, and motor clubs
• Coordinate drivers and ensure timely service
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor driver locations and job progress
• Maintain accurate records in Towbook
• Train and assist other dispatchers as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
