• Lead traffic & transportation projects
• Manage studies, modelling, and design reviews
• Coordinate with clients and authorities
• Ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance

Requirements & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering (Master’s preferred)
✔ 10+ years in engineering consultancy
✔ Traffic Impact Studies Transport Modelling VISSIM/SYNCHRO/SIDRA
✔ Road Safety Audits Transportation Planning Stakeholder Coordination
✔ PMP certification preferred
✔ Willing to relocate to Makkah, KSA
