Position Overview

As a Lead Trainer or Co-Lead Trainer at Burn Boot Camp Castle Hills, you will deliver dynamic, challenging workouts in a group personal training environment while helping members of all fitness levels build confidence and achieve results. This role also includes leadership and administrative responsibilities supporting trainer development, fitness product execution, and overall member experience.

Compensation

  • $30/hour while Training Members in Camp (12–15 hours per week)
  • $15/hour during administrative and leadership work and onboard training (10–15 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 45-minute HIIT Training Camp of up to 50 members
  • Deliver a high-energy, motivating, and safe workout experience
  • Support leadership and management of the training team
  • Execute Burn Boot Camp fitness product and protocols according to SOP and brand standards.
  • Provide proper exercise instruction, modification, and progression
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive member experience
  • Support marketing, sales, and member engagement initiatives
  • Assist with operational execution, equipment upkeep, and camp setup/cleanup

Lead Trainer Responsibilities (Additional)

  • Train, onboard, and mentor trainers
  • Lead trainer meetings and performance coaching
  • Create and manage trainer schedules
  • Conduct focus meetings with members
  • Ensure top-tier fitness product execution across all camps
  • Support nutrition sales during focus meetings
  • Participate in community events, pop-up camps, and challenges

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work within a team
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities
  • Positive, high-energy, and growth-minded
  • Coachable and able to follow Burn Boot Camp protocols
  • Able to train members of all ages and fitness backgrounds

Requirements

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, or NSCA, etc.)

OR 4-year Exercise Science degree with no gap in experience

  • CPR/AED certification
  • 1+ year experience in personal training or coaching
  • Previous team leadership experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift 80+ for
  • Able to pass SAC test

Burn University Requirement:

Lead Trainer and Co-Lead Trainer candidates must attend Burn University after onboarding (one week at Burn HQ in Lake Norman, NC). Travel expenses and stipend are provided by the Franchise Partner.
