Lead Two Year Old Teacher

Position Summary:

We are seeking a nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for toddlers while supporting their physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development. This role involves daily interaction with children, families, and fellow staff to ensure high-quality care and early learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons that promote developmental milestones
• Foster independence, curiosity, and creativity in young learners through play-based and guided learning
• Support toddlers with potty training and self-help skills (e.g., handwashing, dressing, eating)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with children and their families
• Use positive guidance and redirection to manage behavior
• Complete daily reports, developmental observations, and incident logs as required
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and needs
• Collaborate with co-teachers and administration to ensure consistency and quality in the classroom
• Comply with all licensing regulations, safety standards, and center policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
