We are a small private school that has a hands on creative approach to learning.

We are looking for a Lead Teacher who is passionate about children and making an impact with young minds. We would like a teacher who is a team player and wanting to grow with a group. Potty training is also part of her duties.

Duties:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for children in the classroom.
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to meet the unique needs of children with special education requirements.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum plans.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive lessons in literacy education, math, and other subjects.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns or achievements.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and address challenging behaviors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies for children with special education needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.
- Knowledge of literacy education and math concepts appropriate for preschool-aged children.
