The New Year is the perfect time to take on an exciting new opportunity. Creative Play Preschool is looking for a passionate Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our growing team. We focus on hands-on activities and a play-based curriculum that helps toddlers develop socially, emotionally, and cognitively while having fun.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a classroom of energetic 2-year-olds with patience, structure, and playfulness
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support early learning milestones
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment
• Support toddlers’ social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Collaborate with co-teachers to develop engaging lessons and routines
• Communicate with families about progress, milestones, and classroom highlights

Qualifications

• NC Lead Teacher Credential required
• Background Check Qualification Letter required
• At least one year of hands-on childcare experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a lively classroom
• Creative, patient, and committed to continuous learning

Compensation & Schedule

• $18 – $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
