Position Overview

As a Twos Co-Lead Teacher, you will work alongside another teacher to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for toddlers.

Classroom Ratio: 1:8

Responsibilities

• Support and co-lead a structured Twos classroom
• Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment
• Guide children through daily routines and transitions
• Encourage social-emotional development and early learning skills
• Communicate with families and build strong relationships
• Collaborate with your co-teacher and leadership team

Qualifications

• Experience working in early childhood education (preferred)
• Education in ECE or a related field (a plus)
• Dependable, team-oriented, and positive
• Genuine passion for working with young children
• Looking for a long-term role
• Thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $16.50 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
