Lead UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Lead

Experience: 7 Years

Location: Noida Sector 62

Key Responsibilities:

 Drive end-to-end UX process: research, personas, journey mapping, wireframes, prototyping, usability testing.

 Own UI execution: design systems, guidelines, and pixel-perfect interfaces.

 Act as client-facing lead: gather requirements, present designs, manage feedback.

 Mentor designers in UX fundamentals and AI-enabled workflows (prompt engineering, intelligent prototyping).

 Use AI tools (Figma AI, Galileo, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML) for design acceleration.  Collaborate with Product, Dev, QA & Data teams for seamless delivery.

 Conduct competitor analysis, usability audits, and A/B testing.

 Stay updated on GenAI trends (conversational UIs, adaptive interfaces, personalization).

Skills & Qualifications:

 7+ years in UI/UX design with focus on UX strategy & execution.

 Proven UI design expertise (wireframes, design systems, prototypes).

 Strong client-facing experience (US/Europe).

 Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro.

 Exposure to AI design tools & workflows.

 Solid understanding of interaction design, IA, accessibility.

 Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
