Lead UX Design Across Product Lines: Define the UX vision and execution for core apps — starting with HerHealth, our AI-powered women's health platform

Define & Own UX Frameworks: Develop design principles, flows, heuristics, and standards for onboarding, engagement, retention, and AI interaction models

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, AI teams, and marketers to ensure user needs are met without compromise

Own the Onboarding & Retention Experience: Translate business goals into seamless onboarding flows and engagement loops that drive day 0, 1, and 7 retention

Evolve the Design System: Build or refine our design systems to ensure visual and interaction consistency across apps and platforms

Prototype, Test, Iterate: Champion rapid prototyping, usability testing, and user feedback loops to ship fast and learn faster

Mentor & Raise the Bar: Review work from junior designers, create feedback rituals, and help grow the company's UX maturity
Requirements

7 to over 10 years of experience in UX/UI for mobile applications (iOS/Android), with a preference for candidates who have spent a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or principal design position

Demonstrated success in launching health, wellness, productivity, or social applications that achieve high retention rates

Extensive knowledge in areas such as onboarding design, habit loops, and data-driven UX decision-making

Proficient in tools such as Figma, Maze, Framer, Amplitude, and Notion

A solid grasp of AI product interfaces and behavioral design principles is advantageous

Experience in dynamic startup settings and collaborating with remote teams

Views design as a strategic differentiator, not merely as a craft

Enjoys integrating user empathy with business metrics and data insights

Capable of working at both a high-level product vision and focusing on the intricate details of pixel-perfect user flows
