· Uphold and raise standards for visual and UX quality across all touchpoints.

· Provide constructive, actionable feedback to nurture design excellence and team growth.

· Manage workflows and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of flawless creative assets.

· Apply digital-first design best practices, ensuring consistency across channels, platforms, and devices.

· Support experimentation through A/B testing, analyze outcomes, and integrate learnings into future design strategies.

· Build scalable design systems, processes, and templates to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
