Lead VPK Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead VPK Teacher to provide high-quality early childhood education to children in a supportive and nurturing environment. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. This role requires creating a positive classroom atmosphere, managing classroom behavior, assessing children's progress, and collaborating with parents and fellow educators to ensure each child's success.

• Plan and implement a dynamic curriculum aligned with state VPK standards.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and assess student progress, providing feedback to families.
• Support and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's development.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and VPK guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
