Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
Lead, Warehouse
As the Lead, Warehouse you will be responsible for leading warehouse processes to ensure safe, accurate and efficient operations. This role will provide guidance to warehouse team members across their shift and lead huddle meetings to ensure critical information is distributed appropriately.
- Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and consistently maintaining safe practices

Ensures team members are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all safety procedures

Leads shift huddle meetings at the beginning and end of each shift; completes overview of schedule, target KPIs and shares ideas for improvement

Reviews schedule and ensures shift team members are adhering to established schedule; monitors break timing/length to maintain scheduling
- Leads repack teams and identifies containers that have been repacked
- Provides guidance to team members as needed and escalates issues appropriately for technical guidance or additional needs from supervisor
- Prepares materials in advance to ensure re-packing teams do not run out of materials required; ensures re-packing teams complete proper housekeeping and tool storage procedures at completion of shift
- Ensures the proper use of scales to avoid overweight containers
- Ensures queue organization and proper lane loading to meet schedule and constituent requirements
- Prints labels after containers are repacked and deletes any phantom labels before the end of shift to ensure accuracy
- Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Education : - High-school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience:
- 4+ years of operations experience (required)
