Lead Warehouse Associate

  • Maintaining control, tracking, and reporting of all raw material and lot numbers, using current inventory system to ensure accurate inventory levels while ensuring compliance of company safety and housekeeping regulations.
  • Accountable to the production lead for all transactions, activities and reporting done.
  • Training all new Material Handlers to ensure that all Material Handlers act and respond to all requirements in a consistent manner to ensure that robust processes and procedures are maintained.
  • Lead Material Handlers in all Warehouse and production activities and responsibilities.
  • Communicate daily with production lead and other warehouse personnel to ensure smooth and consistent flow of information.
  • Maintain daily entries to shift logs to facilitate communication between all Material Handlers.
  • Loading, unloading, and cleaning of material handling systems, such as Electric Pallet Jack and Forklift.
  • Performs all related work, as required.

Manufacturing:

  • Staging materials and assist in staging all packaging and supplies required to support daily production requirements.
  • Return of all unused raw materials, packaging, and supplies to the warehouse from the production area in a neat, orderly, and accurate manner.

Warehouse:

  • Keeping warehouse, material racks, and manufacturing areas are always clean and well-organized.
  • Responsible for collection, storage, and disposal of scrap materials.
  • Responsible for leading material handlers to their daily and weekly activities.
