LEAD WELDER / FABRICATOR – $23–$26/hr. – MON–THURS (10‑HR DAYS)

Foxhole Fabrication is hiring an experienced Lead Welder/Fabricator who can weld, fabricate, support other welders, and keep production moving in a fast‑paced fabrication shop. We’re looking for someone dependable, skilled, and confident in both hands‑on work and day‑to‑day leadership.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• $23–$26/hr. (based on skill, speed, and leadership ability)
• Monday–Thursday, 10‑hour days
• Three‑day weekends every week

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform high‑quality MIG welding and metal fabrication
• Help guide and support other welders to complete tasks correctly and on time
• Maintain steady workflow and shop organization
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on the shop floor
• Handle all responsibilities expected of a lead welder/fabricator

REQUIREMENTS (NON‑NEGOTIABLE)

• Strong MIG welding & metal fabrication skills
• Ability to lead by example and support the team
• Consistent attendance and reliability
• Ability to pass a welding test
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and stay productive throughout the day
• Bring your own basic tools and welding gear
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

THIS ROLE IS NOT A GOOD FIT IF:

• You struggle with attendance or punctuality
• You need frequent reminders to stay on task
• You have trouble working in a fast‑paced fabrication environment
• You prefer slow or low‑output work
• You’re uncomfortable with direct, clear communication
