Duties

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes early childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional skills.
• Lead classroom activities focused on toddler care, preschool learning, and early intervention strategies.
• Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans that incorporate classroom management best practices.
• Support children’s physical development through teaching physical education and facilitating play-based learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s progress, milestones, and welfare.
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health and safety standards, and child welfare policies at all times.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
• Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities as a Lead Teacher or supporting as an Assistant Teacher. Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
