LeadCarpenter/Project LEad

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to take ownership of residential remodeling projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, runs a clean and organized job site, and can keep projects moving while delivering a great client experience.

You’ll serve as the on-site lead, working closely with the Project Manager while directing the day-to-day work in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality rough and finish carpentry with strong attention to detail
• Lead and coordinate laborers, carpenters, apprentices, and subcontractors
• Plan daily/weekly work to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain job site organization, safety, and quality standards
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional experience
• Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and provide daily updates
• Oversee residential remodeling projects ranging from $50K to $350K+

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience
• Strong skills in cabinetry installation, trim, doors, and framing
• Ability to read and work from architectural drawings
• Proven (or emerging) leadership experience running a job site or crew
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Valid driver’s license

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
