JOB SUMMARY:

The Leadership Development Administrator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership development initiatives that strengthen talent capability across the hospital and system. This role ensures leaders have access to high quality training, development resources, and structured programs that reinforce BMH’s mission, values, and leadership expectations. The role supports logistics, program administration, leadership onboarding, talent pipeline development, and learning management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field required. Masters preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years’ experience in leadership development, training, education, or HR preferred.
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (Relias/Paychex preferred).
  • Ability to create professional, engaging training materials.
  • Strong customer service mindset and alignment with BMH values.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
