Job Title: USA Lead Closer (Purchased Leads)

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced USA Lead Closer to handle and convert purchased USA leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting company services, and closing deals efficiently. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with purchased USA leads through calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Present company services and solutions to potential clients in a professional manner.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable services or packages.
• Handle client objections and negotiate pricing to successfully close deals.
• Maintain proper records of leads, communications, and sales progress in CRM or tracking systems.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for potential repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales closing or lead conversion, preferably with USA clients.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with purchased or inbound leads.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of IT services, software development, or digital marketing services is a plus.
• Strong confidence and persuasive communication skills.

Working Hours:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
