Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Leads Generator & Social Media Handler to manage and execute high-impact marketing campaigns. This role is critical in driving qualified leads, enhancing brand positioning, and accelerating sales for a 5-star luxury hospitality real estate project.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Develop campaign strategies targeting potential investors.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI) and optimize accordingly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with conversion goals.
- Oversee creative direction (ad visuals, video content, landing pages).
- Handle social media platforms to increase engagement and reach.
- Develop content for marketing videos and social media copy.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning aligned with Radisson standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in campaign marketing/digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and lead generation funnels.
- Proficiency in Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience managing high-budget ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Ability to develop impactful content.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
