Leads Generator & Social Media Handler

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Leads Generator & Social Media Handler to manage and execute high-impact marketing campaigns. This role is critical in driving qualified leads, enhancing brand positioning, and accelerating sales for a 5-star luxury hospitality real estate project.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Develop campaign strategies targeting potential investors.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI) and optimize accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with conversion goals.
  • Oversee creative direction (ad visuals, video content, landing pages).
  • Handle social media platforms to increase engagement and reach.
  • Develop content for marketing videos and social media copy.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning aligned with Radisson standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in campaign marketing/digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and lead generation funnels.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience managing high-budget ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Ability to develop impactful content.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70.00 per month
