Leads Management & CRM Management Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Leads Management & CRM Management Executive who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all assigned leads across individuals and teams. The role requires strong coordination, monitoring, and CRM handling to ensure efficient lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • * Monitor and manage assigned leads of each individual and team.
  • * Ensure timely distribution and proper allocation of leads.
  • * Track the total number of leads assigned per month and the number of leads actively worked on.
  • * Maintain a clear record of lead utilization and performance against assigned leads.
  • * Ensure all leads are properly followed up and no lead remains unattended.
  • * Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM.
  • * Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system.
  • * Identify gaps in lead handling and highlight performance issues.
  • * Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proper follow-up on all leads.
  • * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads and performance.
  • * Maintain data integrity and avoid duplication in CRM.
  • * Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead conversion.

Requirements:

  • * Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or relevant field).
  • * 2–3 years of experience in CRM / Lead Management.
  • * Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
  • * Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • * Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
