As Bitron Turkey, we are looking for a teammate in the position of “Lean Manufacturing Engineer” for our new Manisa plant.
General Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field,

Experienced in the electronic card manufacturing industry,

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certified (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent),
-
Lean Practitioner or Lean Bronze/Silver/Gold Certified (AME/SME/Shingo),
-
PMP or similar project management certification is preferred,

Fluent in English,
-
Residing in Manisa or Izmir.
Job Description:
-
Lead or facilitate Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIE), and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions,
-
Analyze current-state processes, identify non-value-added activities, and design future-state processes,
-
Implement Lean tools and concepts including 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, SMED (Quick Changeover), Kanban, Pull Systems, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Error-Proofing (Poka-Yoke),
-
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, cycle time, lead time, inventory turns, first-pass yield, and cost savings,

Coach and train employees at all levels (from shop floor to management) on Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies (A3 thinking, PDCA, 8D, Fishbone, 5-Why, etc.),

Support the deployment and maintenance of Lean Management Systems (Daily Management, Leader Standard Work, Gemba walks),

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to execute improvement projects,

Perform time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and capacity analysis,

Drive root-cause analysis and corrective action for quality and delivery issues,
-
Quantify and report financial impact (hard and soft savings) of improvement initiatives.
