Tasks performed by the LMS Administrator include the following:

  • Learning Activity / Training Plan Management

  • Create learning activities

  • Modify learning activity properties

  • Inactivate learning activities

  • Training Assignment

  • Assign and unassign learners

  • Add and remove learning activities from assignment vehicles

  • Inactivate Assignment Vehicles

  • Catalog Management

  • Add learning activities

  • Maintain learning activities

  • Delete learning activities

  • Session Management

  • Schedule class & sessions

  • Instructor confirmation

  • Location confirmation

  • Classroom scheduling

  • Cancel class/sessions

  • Roster Management

  • Manage waitlist

  • Cancel student enrollment

  • Substitute students

  • Reschedule students

  • Student registration (Student Registration, Batch Enrollment)

  • Management of Automated Document Loader Solution

  • Review and resolve errors

  • Daily comparison of
    DocLoader
    transaction log to determine which Documents have been created in the LMS compared to the on-hold requests for those Documents

  • Help desk ticket resolution and phone call support

  • Reporting – Managed Reports, Customized Reports

  • Evaluations/Surveys (MTM) – set up data entry, reporting

  • Role Request Management

  • Create and route Role Requests for LMS and reporting

ADDITIONAL ABILITIES:

Be able to multitask and be able to prioritize work requirements

Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with others

Possess the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to change

Must be highly customer service driven and team oriented

Must be able to take direction well but must be able to work with limited supervision

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 2+
    years
    work experience within a customer service field utilizing hands-on use of computers, data entry, Internet, and email

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred

  • SumTotal knowledge preferred

  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry preferred
