Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Learning and Development Coordinator based in Dubai. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage learning programs and training activities. Responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, developing instructional materials, coordinating with department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with company goals, maintaining the Learning Management System, and providing ongoing support and feedback to employees to ensure continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Training & Development processes, including the ability to plan and execute training sessions and initiatives effectively.
  • Experience with Learning Management and familiarity with managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate employee engagement and collaboration.
  • Expertise in Instructional Design and developing training materials tailored to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Education, or Business, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience working in the hospitality or service industry is an advantage.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
