Specific Responsibilities
· To Design & development of school academic programs , administrative structure as to achieve revenue, profitability as per business plan & ensure P/L responsibility for the Preschool Business.
· To Establish policies on admission, attendance, and fees wrt to course programs
· To review and approve changes wrt to course programs and curriculiums
· To Identify, Recruit & deploy Centre heads, Teachers and Staff for delivery of course curriculum
· To Prepare and maintain the Preschool Handbook coverng procedures and policies & Participate in professional development workshops, classes, and
· To monitor academic program progress by reviewing them course curriculum related documentation i.e lesson plan , teachers diary , activity calendar , PTM Feedbacks , assessments etc & take corrective actions to address issues if any
· To ensure School’s operations fulfil education law requirement ,discipline and safety / security of staff and children is maintained efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
· To prepare monthly MIS reports related to school m parents and teachers e.g. Revenue , PTM feedback , Discipline events, absenteeism , Code of ethics , Complaints etc

Formal Qualifications
· Graduate, MBA or Equivalent from reputed Business School with relevant experience
· TGT /NTT /NLP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
