This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Lead located in Qesm El Maadi. The Learning and Development Lead will focus on assessing employee training needs, designing and delivering engaging learning programs, and managing the implementation of professional development initiatives. The role involves creating and improving HR training processes, collaborating with team leaders to support organizational growth, and monitoring the effectiveness of learning programs. Additionally, the Learning and Development Lead will ensure alignment of training to company goals and ensure compliance with applicable HR standards and policies.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including HR Management and the implementation of HR programs
• In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to support organizational procedures and employee well-being
• Experience in Personnel Management and team leadership to effectively manage and develop staff
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in HR or Learning and Development are an advantage
