About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to design and deliver high-impact learning initiatives that drive individual growth and organisational excellence. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability to shape an agile, high-performance workforce.

You will lead end-to-end learning programmes—from onboarding and upskilling to leadership development and performance enablement—ensuring alignment with business goals, employee experience, and evolving workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Program Design

  • Design and implement scalable learning programmes across core domains, including:
  • Behavioral Skills: Communication, collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving
  • Sales & Service Training: Customer success, consultative selling, retention strategies
  • Process & Compliance: SOPs, digital workflows, operational excellence
  • Leadership Development: Managerial capability, coaching, feedback culture

Onboarding & Continuous Learning

  • Lead immersive onboarding experiences to accelerate new hire productivity.
  • Establish learning paths for continuous upskilling and reskilling across functions.
  • Incorporate microlearning, peer learning, and blended formats to drive engagement.

Capability Assessments & Talent Growth

  • Develop skill assessments, feedback loops, and learning metrics to track effectiveness.
  • Partner with HRBPs to integrate learning data with performance and talent reviews.
  • Support career pathing and internal mobility through targeted development tracks.

Digital Learning & Enablement

  • Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital content tools, and AI-based platforms to enable self-directed learning.
  • Curate and create multimedia learning assets in collaboration with subject matter experts.

Stakeholder Engagement & Culture Building

  • Collaborate with leaders across HR, operations, and business units to identify capability needs and co-own outcomes.
  • Embed learning into daily workflows and promote a growth-mindset culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field. L&D certifications (e.g., CPTM, ATD, SHRM) are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 5–10 years of experience in learning & development or organisational development roles.
  • Demonstrated success in rolling out enterprise-wide learning programmes.
  • Skills:
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person)
  • Proficient in LMS platforms, e-learning tools (Articulate, Rise, etc.), and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project execution capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in agile, matrixed, or hybrid environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
