Location : Qatar , Doha

We are looking for a dynamic Senior L&D Project Manager to join our team in Qatar and drive large-scale capability-building programs across the region.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

✨ Experienced in end-to-end L&D project management (design, development, delivery, evaluation)(+5 years )

✨ Strong in stakeholder communication at senior/executive levels

✨ Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive

✨ Technically proficient in Excel, MS Project, Word & PowerPoint

✨ Certified in PMP/CAPM or equivalent

✨ Adaptable, resilient, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently

✨ Comfortable working flexible hours when needed (evenings/weekends)

📌 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Lead full-cycle learning & development projects

✔️ Manage SMEs, trainers, and content creation processes

✔️ Oversee project economics, dashboards, and reporting

✔️ Conduct quality checks on materials, delivery, and client outputs

✔️ Build and maintain strong client relationships

✔️ Identify opportunities to expand training solutions
