Role Summary:

The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs, developing learning solutions, and supporting organizational development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities and overall organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments and analyze competency and skill gaps across functions.
  • Design, develop, and update training programs, workshops, and digital learning content.
  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs and internal training sessions.
  • Measure training effectiveness and prepare detailed performance and impact reports.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date training records.
  • Partner with department managers to support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Stay current with L&D trends and recommend innovative and scalable learning solutions.
  • Support organizational development activities related to culture, performance, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure Qiwa platform training-related data is accurate and functioning with no operational issues.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in instructional design and e-learning tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and LMS platforms.
