Role Summary:
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs, developing learning solutions, and supporting organizational development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities and overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training needs assessments and analyze competency and skill gaps across functions.

Design, develop, and update training programs, workshops, and digital learning content.

Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs and internal training sessions.

Measure training effectiveness and prepare detailed performance and impact reports.

Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date training records.

Partner with department managers to support career development and succession planning initiatives.

Stay current with L&D trends and recommend innovative and scalable learning solutions.

Support organizational development activities related to culture, performance, and employee engagement.

Ensure Qiwa platform training-related data is accurate and functioning with no operational issues.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources.

Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
-
Experience in instructional design and e-learning tools is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and LMS platforms.
