Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will design, implement, and enhance training programs that foster employee growth and align with our organizational goals. Your expertise will drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the company.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs and workshops based on organizational needs.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create tailored development plans.
• Utilize e-learning tools and platforms to expand the reach and accessibility of training.
• Monitor and report on training metrics and employee progress to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to innovate our programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or similar role within HR.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
• Proficiency with e-learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Self motivated with a passion for fostering employee growth and development.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
