JobPurpose: Toassistinprovidinganengaging,inclusivelearningenvironmentthatsupportsthedevelopmentaland educational needs of all the children,under the overalldirectionof the PE Teacher/ Heads of PE. To support the Physical Education department by assisting with various tasks and activities related to the delivery of physical education programs

Key Accountabilities:

• Workwithindividualorsmallgroupsofchildrenasdirectedbythesubject teacher/s.
• AssistthePEteacherinplanningandpreparingforphysicaleducationlessonsand activities.
• Supporttheimplementationofphysicaleducationcurriculumandinstructional materialsundertheguidance of the PE teacher.
• SuperviseandprovideguidancetostudentsduringPEclasses,ensuringtheirsafetyandadherencetorules and regulations.
• OrganizeandsetupequipmentandmaterialsneededforPElessonsand activities.
• Demonstrateandinstructstudents on propertechniquesandskillsrelatedtovariousphysicalactivitiesand sports.
• MonitorandevaluatestudentperformanceandprogressduringPEclasses,providingconstructivefeedback and encouragement.
• Assistinmaintainingaccuraterecordsofstudentattendance,participation,andperformanceinPE activities.
• CollaboratewiththePEteachertodevelopandimplementstrategiesforstudentbehaviormanagementand discipline.
• Assistinorganizingandcoordinatingschool-widesportsevents,tournaments,andextracurricular activities.
• Providesupportduringphysicalfitnessassessments,helpingwithdatacollectionandrecord-keeping.
• HelpmaintainacleanandorganizedPEfacility,ensuringtheproperstorageand maintenanceof equipment.
• Promoteapositiveandinclusivelearningenvironment,fosteringstudents'enthusiasmforphysicalfitness and sports.

Person Specification:

Education: MinimumHighschooleducationor equivalent;additionalcertificationsinphysicaleducationorsports-related fields are a plus.

Experience: Experienceworkingwithchildrenorinaschoolsetting,preferablyinaphysicaleducationcontext. Strong knowledge of various sports, physical activities, and fitness concepts.
