About Teach the World Foundation:

Teach the World Foundation (TTWF) is a non-profit organization committed to eradicating illiteracy by leveraging digital technology to deliver quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field-Based Pilot Coordination

• Support implementation of digital and analog pilot tests (learning apps, workbooks, playkits, and lesson plans) in assigned school locations.
• Ensure operational readiness by liaising with IT and Operations teams on timely material and device provision.
• Provide on-site support to facilitators regarding pilot delivery expectations and protocols.

2. Classroom Observation & Facilitator Support

• Conduct regular structured observations using defined checklists and tools.
• Monitor facilitator delivery quality, student participation, and adherence to pilot structure.
• Provide informal feedback and escalate training needs or challenges to relevant teams.

3. Feedback Collection & Triangulation

• Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback through focus group discussions, structured interviews, and digital forms.
• Cross-reference app-based usage data and analytics with on-ground behavioral observations.
• Assist Learning Analysts in identifying trends or implementation gaps.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate regularly with Training, IT, Ops, and M&E teams to ensure pilots run smoothly.
• Channel field feedback and insights to improve facilitator performance and pilot fidelity.
• Attend coordination and debrief meetings at Area Office and occasionally at Head Office (Clifton).

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain organized digital and physical records of field visits, checklists, and observation notes.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of classroom teaching or educational fieldwork, ideally in undeserved contexts.
• Fluency in Urdu; knowledge of Sindhi and basic English comprehension preferred.

Travel or location-specific requirements:

• Frequent travel to pilot areas in Karachi Razaqabad and Malir.
