Learning Center Operations Lead

Location: On-Site (Elevate EDU / Elevate Prep; as needed)
Compensation: $25.00 - $30:00/ hour (based on prior experience)
Status: Full-Time (Guaranteed 30+ hours per week)

The Opportunity

Elevate is looking for a leader to serve as our Center Operations Lead.
This is a pivotal role designed for a professional who thrives on organization, aesthetic excellence, and academic impact.

The Role Split: 70% Operations | 30% Instruction

This is a hybrid leadership role that keeps you connected to both the business and the classroom:

  • 70% Operational Leadership: You own the logistics. You will manage the master schedule, handle tutor substitutions, oversee center maintenance/decor, and manage high-level administrative documentation (Assessment Reports, data entry, and lead logging).
  • 30% Instructional Excellence: You will lead high-impact tutoring sessions for a select group of students, modeling the "Elevate Standard" of teaching for the rest of the staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Flow: Managing daily transitions, answering missed calls/emails, and ensuring all center programs run like clockwork.
  • The Elevate Standard: Maintaining 10/10 center standards. This isn't just about cleanliness; it’s about staff demeanor, center decor, station organization, and the overall energy of the space.
  • Administrative Backbone: Drafting and proofreading Assessment Reports, managing quarterly deadlines, and ensuring all physical and digital records are 100% accurate.
  • Logistics & On-Call Responsiveness: While this is a 100% on-site role during center hours, as a Lead, you are responsible for the center's "flow." This requires the flexibility to handle urgent needs from home as they arise.
  • Quality Control & Delegation: Observing staff and delegating center-upkeep tasks to tutors to ensure the facility remains in peak condition.
