Role Overview

As a Learning Consultant at Certybox, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with organizations looking to implement modern learning and certification solutions. You will work closely with marketing, product, and learning consultants to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Target HR, L&D, Training, Compliance, and Operations decision-makers

Client Engagement

  • Understand customer pain points related to skills, compliance, and certification
  • Present and demo the Certybox platform to prospects
  • Propose tailored solutions aligned with client needs
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms

Account Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with customers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in collaboration with Customer Success

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with Learning Consultants and Product teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts
  • Provide market feedback to support product and go-to-market strategy

Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, EdTech, HR Tech, or L&D solutions
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is a plus

Skills

  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Results-driven mindset with ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with demos, discovery calls, and closing deals

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
